Before Purchasing a Raffle Ticket:

• Raffle ticket sales are conducted in-person only, and purchasers must be 18 years of age or older.

• Raffle ticket locations or sellers are operated on a voluntary basis, and availability of tickets cannot be guaranteed. Tickets will also be available for purchase on the day of the event.

• Each raffle ticket is uniquely numbered, with the ticket number printed on the ticket. All raffle activities comply with the rules and regulations set forth by the Minnesota Gambling Control Board.

• All sales are final; no refunds or exchanges will be issued.

• You do not need to be present during the raffle drawing, however we encourage everyone to also attend our fishing contest.

Prize Rules:

• Prizes are non-transferable unless forfeited at the time of the drawing, in which case a re-draw for the prize will occur.

• Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash.

• Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes or fees associated with prize acceptance.

• The event organizer reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value if necessary.

• Winners not in attendance will be notified using the contact information provided on the ticket at the time of purchase.

• Winners have 30 days to claim their prizes and settle any applicable fees or taxes. Failure to do so will result in prize forfeiture.

Prize Claim Instructions:

• Prize recipients may be required to complete IRS documentation prior to prize distribution.

• Taxes and fees associated with significant prizes, such as those involving titles or state tax obligations, must be settled.

• Prizes must be claimed within 30 days of the contest; unclaimed prizes after this period will be forfeited.

Raffle Drawing Disclaimer:

• Raffle contestants must be 18 years or older.

• Tickets must be purchased in-person at participating locations or during the event.

• Raffle tickets and the raffle itself are separate from the ice fishing contest and require separate participation.

• *Some prizes in list below will be bundled with other prizes to make a bigger and better prize package.
